Mason Cooper
Mason Cooper was a drummer for Jimmy Eat World for a brief time in the early 1990s. Mason Cooper played drums for Jimmy Eat World during its formative period in the early 1990s. His brother, Adam Cooper, was a guitarist for the Tempe-based shoegaze band Alison's Halo. Both bands played their first shows in December 1992 at the Odd Fellows Hall in Tempe, Arizona. Mason was later replaced by current drummer Zach Lind.
Mason Cooper's time with the band was short-lived, but he was part of its earliest chapter before the lineup solidified into the group that gained mainstream success.
Biography
Mason's brother, Adam Cooper, was a guitarist for the Tempe band Alison's Halo. Jimmy Eat World and Alison's Halo both played their debut shows in December of 1992 at the Tempe Odd Fellows Hall. [1]
